Hello Parents,
Thanks to a donation, the Indoor fee for Percussion Members will be reduced to $1300 while the fee for our band members will be $900 As a result of this donation, we have been advised not to hold a fundraiser. However, the kids can still participate in "Fill My Drum" initiative, and those funds can contribute to their individual fees.

A deposit of $150 was due on January 3rd, with the remaining balance due on February 8th.
If you would like to arrange a payment plan, please reach out to me or Mrs. Daigle.

Bringing our group to the world championships is a valuable learning and performance opportunity. They get to showcase their talents to one of the largest audiences. Additionally, they can observe independent world and scholastic world groups, which always leaves our kids feeling inspired. However, the expenses associated with this competition are significant. We will explore some fundraising options.
Grades
Each member is required to maintain a good standing in all subjects. Although there is no written guidelines in the band manual, the grades in each subject will be checked, and if there are any failing grades or the overall average is low, a member may be removed from the E. D. White Indoor Percussion. This would place an undue burden on the entire group, so good grades must be maintained.
Rehearsals
Rehearsals have been scheduled. Please check the calendar provided by Keith. Dates may change depending on the availability of practice facilities, particularly due to the severely damaged gym.

It's essential for all members to attend the rehearsals they are required to be at. When members are absent from rehearsals or performances, it impacts the group's progress.
Cost
A portion of the cost of the Indoor Percussion group is paid through the Cardinal Music program and donations. The cost paid by each member helps to defray the following costs:
Staff
Professional drill design and show design
Uniforms
Equipment
WGI and Circuit fees
Transportation and fuel costs
Hotel costs

The fee for each performing member of the Indoor Percussion ranges from $1,200 to $1,500 for members in the Battery and Front Ensemble.
The fee is between $875 and $1,000 for prop crew members and band students.
Additionally, there may be an extra cost of $25 to $50 for shoes.
We will have the chance to attend the Scholastic World Class Finals on Saturday, and we will provide you with the pricing details soon.
Uniform
-The performance uniform is provided. The uniforms will be returned to the band at the end of the season.
-An official E.D. White Indoor Percussion warm-up jacket is required.
These jackets may be purchased from Mary’s Embroidery.
If we expect the costs to exceed these ranges, we will inform you. We will hold a meeting with more details in November. A deposit will be required when we start the indoor season, and we will provide the due date for the fee later. If you need to arrange a payment plan, we are happy to accommodate you, as we want every student to participate regardless of cost. Please reach out to Mr. Keith or Mrs. Daigle, and we will assist you. We will also discuss some fundraising opportunities for the kids, which will be a great activity for them. We are grateful for our strong reputation nationwide in this activity. I know you, the kids, and the audience will be inspired by our 2025 production.
